Does registering with Rascalz mean I have a costume?

No. Since costumes are subject to availability they will only be reserved once payment has been received in full.

How do I register in Rascalz, how do I pay for my costume ?

You have two options
* PAYPAL: (Recommended Option) You may register online through our website. Based on the information provided, an invoice will be sent via paypal with various payment options (i.e. debit card, credit card, or from another paypal account) to the email address provided at the time of registration.
* CASH: Please contact Fletch at 240-498-7669 to make the necessary arrangements.

Can I make a down payment only?

No. Since costumes are subject to availability they will only be reserved once payment has been received in full.

Is there a deadline for making payments online?

Yes. Online payments must be received by midnight Wednesday, June 25, 2008 to facilitate costume pickup.

Who are your DJs on the road?

Where is the band starting from?

The band will meet at the corner of Georgia & Missouri Aves. N.W. at 10:00 am. The parade starts at 11:00am.

Do you have Security?

We want our masqueraders to enjoy the Rascalz experience in a fun-filled environment. As such, we have engaged the services of a private security firm. Security will be strictly enforced. NO ONE will be allowed into the band without a Rascalz wristband.

When do I pick up my costume?

Costumes will be distributed at these locations and times ONLY:
Each masquerader will be required to sign for costumes at pick-up. Please have a valid picture id.

Can someone else pick-up my costume?

Yes. Send an e-mail to info@rascalzmas.com with a carbon copy sent to the name of the individual who will be picking up your costume. That individual will then present their picture ID and the email that was sent from you to info@rascalzmas.com. The email address must match the one we have on file for you. All persons picking up costumes will be required to sign for those they are collecting.

Can costumes be picked-up on the day of the parade?

No. The last day for costume pick-up is Friday, June 27th.

People/groups arriving in Washington either late Friday June 27th or on Saturday, June 28th should make alternate arrangements with Georgette on 202.904.8674 to facilitate costume pick-up.
